Dynamic, Hard working and Dedicated Realtor

Dynamic, Hard working and Dedicated Realtor I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mary Lou when my elderly mother put her house on the market with Mary Lou. My brothers and I live out of state and were uneasy about mom getting the best value for her property, hoping she could handle the presssure of the sale and move to an independant living facility on her own. Even with mom insisting she could do it. I can tell you Mary Lou treated our mother as if she were her own mother. She worked tirelessly to get the sale done fast and for top dollar! She provided open communications with mom and I. We always knew what was happening and if a problem occured, how it was being handled. We got quick feed back after each showing and suggestions on how to make the property more appealing to buyers. Mary Lou is Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable, Hard working and Aggressive-yet polite. Once an offer was accepted she was proactive to keep the sale in tact to close and close on schedule. Mary Lou took the pressure off our family and gave us peace of mind not only with moms house sale but helping mom transition to an independant living facility. Mary Lou worked far above and beyond the responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent to make sure we all felt supported and happy. Thank You Mary Lou!!!! The Indian River County Way

The Indian River County Way Published on February 21, 2017 LThe Indian River County Mary Lou Realtor Listing/Marketing Specialist 561.305.7139 AWARD WINNING SERVICE When I sold real estate in Palm Beach County I would play a game with my grandchildren…As we drove south on A1A I would ask my grandchildren, maybe they were 7 and 8, to tell me when they thought we entered Broward. There were no signs to indicate we had left Palm Beach or entered Broward…..They were right every time! All areas have a specific energy. The energy in the northern part of Indian River County is different than the energy in the southern end of the county. Just like driving over the county lines in south Florida you feel a change. The difference is, we, the residences of our most picturesque county, celebrate the difference and recognize it for the plus factor it is. Sebastian is very lay back. Vero Beach is city like. That statement was not meant to make you laugh, there are cities and then there is Vero Beach…not Manhattan or Boca Raton but a city with a very nurturing hometown feel. Fellsmere is still caught in the mid 50’s….a time most feel worth duplicating. Let me brag on our county: I was in the Publix ready to check out with a few items and the woman in front of me had several more items than the fast checkout indicated. She instantly apologized and was ready to move to a different line; the cashier stopped her and said “Ma’am you are in Sebastian; we are not concerned about a few extra items. It is perfectly OK.” The shopper, obviously new to the area was a little surprised. I was getting gas and the lane I was in was not covered. It was raining. I put my card in, paid and started fueling. there was no clip on the gas hose so I had to stay and hold the gas handle. A young man in his early 20’ s came over and said, “Are you looking to fill up?” I said yes and he said “Please let me finish it for you so you do not get wet.” Go to Riverside or Riverview Park and expect to have sweet random conversations. Lost in Walmart? It is not uncommon for another shopper to ask you what you are looking for and help you. Have a family emergency and expect your neighbors to be there for you. If you are in Home Depot or Lowes do not be surprised if a fellow shopper assists you to load your over-sized items. Want a conversation with a local Politician, make a call. No red tape, no excuses just a one on one conversation. Our local government is never too busy, because they are one of us. As a Realtor I cannot put a price tag on “The Indian River County Way”. I can guarantee you every Buyer’s Agent points out “The Indian River County Way” to those new to the area. It’s not granite, stainless steel appliances, or an ocean or river view but it adds value. No appraiser is going to note that but there is no doubt the value is there. Quality of life is priceless. So to the cashier at Publix, the young man at the gas station, the sweet shoppers at Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes THANK YOU. I know I thanked you at the time but it never hurts to say thank you again. This is Mary Lou Ciambriello, listing and marketing specialist and proud member of the Coldwell Banker Paradise Team reminding all of us to hold precious “The Indian River Way”. Never miss an opportunity to be kind….that is the Indian River County way...If you ask me, that is our number one selling feature. Looking to buy or sell? I can be reached at 561.305.7139 any day of the week.
